In the bakery "Atelier du Moulin", on Benesse-lès-Dax windmill carpark , you can find :
Mill's pastis (traditional cake with rum and vanilla), and our famous buckwheat bread or Benesse's bread (with maize flour).
But also special breads (maize and fig - ; einkorn - and the sportsman's breads, wholemeal bread with nuts and wholemeal bread with seeds), viennoiseries and so on.
Most of products are baked with stone milled maize flour and stone milled buckwheat flour, both coming from Benesse-lès-Dax windmill.
The bakery Times :
Open all year long, from 07.00am to 12.30pm and from 04.00pm to 06.30pm.
Closed on Tuesdays
You can also find the bakery "Atelier du Moulin" products on markets in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax (Thursdays), Peyrehorade (Wednesdays & Saturdays), Soustons (Mondays) and Saint-Palais (64)
